As the owner of HSF, Cheryl Sims, I want you to love your flowers just as much as I do! I personally want to thank you for your purchase! Photos are always taken and shared with customers to make sure our floral creations are above expectations before we ship.
Packaging is everything; we do our very best to keep arrangements, centerpieces and all those beautiful flowers secure and protected. Plenty of support, cushioning and straps to secure your flowers in place for travel. Sometimes in transport, however rare, a shipping box may get damaged.
Shipping: UPS ground is our preferred method of shipping. Ready made arrangements from our store have a $10.00 shipping fee. If you need them quickly, expedite rates will apply. Wedding flowers and multi-piece orders are subject to higher bulk rate shipping fees. These higher shipping fees will be billed to you through your email and must be paid in full for the shipment to be sent out for delivery.
If you don’t love your flowers when you unpack them, send an email to heavenlysilkflowers@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery date.
TO MAKE A RETURN: send an email, title it: RETURNS; please give the reason why you are wanting to return your flowers. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the return shipping unless a return label is included in original delivery. Once I receive the flowers in good condition, I will personally issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for processing to your credit card or Paypal. Custom orders may or may not be refunded since it was made for a specific situation; the decision is at owner's discretion.
NOTE: Single arrangements will not have a restock fee. Large orders, such as wedding flowers or multi-piece orders, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to a restock fee. If approved for the return, it’s the customers responsibility to return all or partial orders depending on our agreement. All returned items must be repacked correctly and flowers in good condition when received back. You will be notified with our terms and conditions in such cases in advance of shipping.

IF DELIVERY BOX IS DAMAGED: START TAKING PICTURES: 1) Of the damaged box before it’s opened, 2) Once it is opened, take a pic of the inside before you remove contents and 3) Another pic of contents after you have removed them from the container. If the flower contents are good, no worries, however, if not…then you will need to contact the shipping company, explain how your shipment arrived and share your photos with them. Please send me the photos as well so I can have a discussion with the carrier as well. I will happily remake your arrangement if you like. If you are in our local wedding flower delivery area, or if you can meet within this delivery area; I will gladly deliver your flowers personally to you.
