I personally want to thank you for your purchase. As the owner of HSF, Cheryl Sims, I want you to love your flowers just as much as I do! Photos are always taken and shared with customers to make sure our floral creations are above expectations before we ship. If you don’t love your flowers when you unpack them, send an email to heavenlysilkflowers@gmail.com within 15 days, title it RETURNS, then give the reason why you are wanting to return your flowers. You will receive a discounted or free shipping label depending what the shipping company allows. You will also get your refund when I receive your return. Custom orders may or may not be refunded since it was made for a specific situation: the decision is at owner's discretion. NOTE: Large orders, such as for wedding flowers, or multi-piece orders may be subject to a restock fee and return freight charges.You will be notified with our terms and conditions in such cases in advance of shipping.



Packaging is everything; we do our very best to keep arrangements, centerpieces and all those beautiful flowers secure and protected. Plenty of support, cushioning and straps to secure your flowers in place for travel. Sometimes in transport, however rare, a shipping box may get damaged. If this happens, start taking pictures: 1) of the box before it’s opened, 2) again, once it is opened, take a pic of the inside before you remove contents and 3) another pic of contents after you have removed them from the container. If the flower contents are good, no worries, however, if not…then you will need to contact the shipping company, explain how your shipment arrived and share your photos with them. Please send me the photos as well so I can have a discussion with the carrier as well. I can remake your arrangement and If you are in our local wedding flower delivery area, or if you can meet within our wedding flower delivery area; I will gladly deliver your flowers personally to you.
