It’s getting colder and winter is almost here! Grab a pen and paper, cell phones, or your laptop to make a list of wedding ideas. Cozy up under a blanket on the couch with cups of hot tea, coffee or hot cocoa. It’s the perfect time to daydream of all the things that you want to see and do on a lovely, warm wedding day. 


Are you a simplistic, romantic or a wow factor kind of couple ? The majority would probably say, they are a mix…it’s tricky but it can be done! No matter which one describes you best, these will be your biggest photo impacts on the day: all of the beautiful flowers, the scenic area around you or venue, and your lovely wedding attire. From your guests point of view the impacts are, yet again, it’s the flowers that really showcase the ceremony and the reception areas, second would be fabulous food, and last but not least; a good band or DJ and dancing (again, optional) 


For lots of great ideas, you and your sweetie can pop on Pinterest, check out wedding flower styles, colors, attire, cakes, etc… take screenshots of things that really get your attention and you both love. Once you have chosen your wants and needs lists it’s time to make a budget. Set a budget for flowers, photography, your wedding attire, food and service (optional), entertainment (optional); these are your biggest impact factors and will be approximately 70% of your budget. Depending on how extravagant the wedding and honeymoon locations are, these two factors may be on a completely separate budget. If you need more time to save up the money for the wedding and honeymoon, plan your wedding for 2026 or 2027.

1. Start with completing the informational section with your names, bride’s mailing address, a good email address and phone number to contact her. This info will be used when questions arise and to send flower photos. 2. Next, complete the wedding location information section, very important. Please double check the info when you are finished for accuracy. If your wedding and reception are at the same location, type the word, following, in the box marked for location of reception and then proceed to: approximate number of guests and approximate budget you have in mind. 3. Now the fun stuff! What do you have in mind for your bridal party flowers? Do the best you can with this section, I’m sure you don’t have all the answers yet. If you don’t have an answer for a question, you can say: not sure yet, no need or don’t want. I can help you with the, not sure yet answers when we can discuss in detail after you receive your quote. 4. Wedding Ceremony Flowers section, again, you may not have all of the answers yet. Just do the best you can and I will be happy to help. 5. Reception Flowers section, the same goes for this section. If you have an idea of what you want that’s great, if not, no worries. 6. ***If you could have the wedding of your dreams question…talk with your sweetie and day dream, If you have thought about things that were not on the inquiry form or seen things you would like in photos; write it all down and you can email me the photos or leave a link to your Pintrist wedding photos favorites below. If you have oposing ideas, write them all down and I can usually come up with a perfect solution.  7. Click send inquiry! Congrats, your wedding dreams have just begun!
