TROPICAL wedding - vibrant (bright) tropical flowers and leaves (reds,yellows, orange, pink, white, and greens)


FALL wedding - beautiful variety of roses, dahlias, vintage sunflowers (burgundy, creams, burnt/rust orange, salmon pink, etc)


WINTER  blue wedding -  lovely hydrangea and roses with a touch of evergreens, pine cones and berries (shades of blue, cream, white, and silver)

To submit your 35% down, non-refundable payment, You will need to sign the HSF Full Terms and Conditions document. You can pay with Paypal, check or cash.  If choosing Paypal, input our email address: heavenlysilkflowers365@gmail.com  When payment is received and cleared, your wedding date will be booked at that time. The down payment will be used to purchase the flowers for your arrangements..Payments can continue to be made up to 60 days before the date of your wedding.


Final payment plus shipping costs for flowers and/or set up fee will be due 60 days before your wedding date. If flowers are completed earlier than scheduled, they can only be sent to you if the balance is paid in full. The payment process is as listed 

above.   • Option A of $3,500 - This stunning, coordinating package has every floral decor piece you could need for your wedding! All of your bridal party flowers for you and all of your attendants, parents, grandparents, aisle flowers and petals,, reception table centerpieces (1 large, 2 medium and small ones for the rest of your guest tables), B & G  table centerpiece, bridal party table garland centerpiece, cake flowers or cake table flowers. In addition, your choice of:
    • 3 piece arch silk flower sprays OR
    • 3 altar arrangements in coordinating containers
  • Option B of $2,500 - This beautiful coordinating package includes: Bouquets (Bride, 4 bridesmaids, 1 throw) Boutonnieres: (Groom, 4 groomsmen, ring bearer, minister, 2 ushers) Flower girl’s basket with petals, ,4 corsages, 4 additional boutonnieres, reception table centerpieces (1 large, 2 medium & 3 small)  Plus choose 1 of the following
    • 3 piece arch flower sprays (1 large, 1 medium & 1 small) or 
    • 3 ceremony arrangements in pretty, coordinating  containers (1 large, 1 medium  & 1 small)
  • Option C of $1,500 - This very lovely ccordinating package includes: Bouquets (Bride and 3 bridesmaids, throw bouquet, flower girl basket w/ petals) Boutonnieres (groom, 3 groomsmen, minister, ring bearer) 4 corsages and 4 additional boutonnieres, 1 medium and 1 small arch spray and 1 bride & groom’s table garland

We are looking forward to working with you to help plan a beautiful and thoughtful party!  We are kind, talented and easy to work with!!

Specifics: Once we get an idea of what you are wanting for your party we will put together a quote for you within a week. If at all possible, please schedule a couple of months, at least, in advance to order supplies and complete floral work. Supply prices can be a bit higher locally, however, it’s good to support the economy in our areas. It can be helpful, time wise, for us as well when needed.


We will apply the flowers to the cake for you, if requested, and/or set up for the following: the cake table flowers, stand alone and elevated flower displays, floral centerpieces and candles (whether battery operated or flame, if allowed on premises) and flowers in all other areas you have requested on this inquiry form. We will also remove leftover florals and candles after the party that you do not want to keep; which could possibly be recycled/reused. We do not supply any other party items except the flowers, stands for flowers. candles and holders. 

Costs: Once the quote is accepted, signed and returned, a 50% non-refundable down payment will be required. This money is used to order all or most of your flowers, candles and floral supplies needed. You will be contacted if there is a  remaining balance to finish the ordering on time. Remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the party date unless other arrangements are approved. Payment options will be specified on the quote. As for the flower stands, candle holders and such; there will be a separate rental form and rental fee due up front as well. A rental form will need to be filled out, signed and returned as well. Payment options will be specified on the rental form. 

Special note: Heavenly Silk Flowers, LLC reserves the right to take pictures of the finished set up and use them for advertising on our website and social media. 


FAQ: What to do with the table centerpieces and other flowers after the party? They can be used as thank you gifts for family members helping with the party,  have a fun drawing at the end of the party for the centerpieces, or they can be donated to nursing homes or churches upon your request. We are happy to help and share with others to bring smiles with pretty flowers!
