1. Consultation: The first step is always understanding what you want. Whether you have a clear vision or need a little guidance, a consultation with our floral design expert is where your floral journey starts. If you are too busy to stop everything for a consultation, no problem. You can fill out a questionnaire as a starting point if you like. Further communication is made easy through emails or text (sharing photos of flower likes) and/or having a few scheduled phone conversations if that is better for you. We will be discussing your floral preferences for your entire bridal party, flowers for loved ones and special guests, florals for your ceremony area and floral details for your reception area. We will also talk about your color pallet, arrangement styles as well as the atmosphere you would like to create at your venue on your wedding day. Pics and ideas are encouraged to get a feel for what you love as a couple. Don’t worry, if you are not sure, I’m happy to help you through it.


2. Selection: Once we have a clear understanding of your preferences, we move into the selection process. We source beautiful, quality flowers that look just as great in your arrangements as the real ones!  Matching your specifications as closely as possible. Whether you love roses, adore lilies, or are pining for peonies, we'll find the blooms that you will love.


3. Design: With your approval of the flower quote, the terms and conditions are signed, and your down payment is received…your wedding date is saved and everything is a GO! Your beautiful flowers and supplies are ordered ASAP. Once all of your beautiful flowers and supplies are shipped in, the design process begins immediately. Our skilled florist will arrange the flowers, paying close attention to balance, harmony of colors and forms. We also consider the vases and containers, ensuring they complement the arrangements and enhance its appeal. Everything must coordinate and flow beautifully.


4. Review and Adjust: Before your custom order is finalized, we invite you to review the arrangements. If any adjustments are needed, they're made at this stage. We want to ensure that the final product is something you're absolutely delighted with!


5. Delivery: Once you're in love with all of your bouquets and arrangements and everything is paid for, we prepare your order for delivery. We handle each arrangement with the utmost care, ensuring it arrives at its destination in perfect condition and ready to make your big day heavenly! HFS Custom Wedding Flower Inquiry STEP BY STEP

1. Start with completing the informational section with your names, bride’s mailing address, a good email address and phone number to contact her. This info will be used when questions arise and to send flower photos. 2. Next, complete the wedding location information section, very important. Please double check the info when you are finished for accuracy. If your wedding and reception are at the same location, type the word, following, in the box marked for location of reception and then proceed to: approximate number of guests and approximate budget you have in mind. 3. Now the fun stuff! What do you have in mind for your bridal party flowers? Do the best you can with this section, I’m sure you don’t have all the answers yet. If you don’t have an answer for a question, you can say: not sure yet, no need or don’t want. I can help you with the, not sure yet answers when we can discuss in detail after you receive your quote. 4. Wedding Ceremony Flowers section, again, you may not have all of the answers yet. Just do the best you can and I will be happy to help. 5. Reception Flowers section, the same goes for this section. If you have an idea of what you want that’s great, if not, no worries. 6. ***If you could have the wedding of your dreams question…talk with your sweetie and day dream, If you have thought about things that were not on the inquiry form or seen things you would like in photos; write it all down and you can email me the photos or leave a link to your Pintrist wedding photos favorites below. If you have oposing ideas, write them all down and I can usually come up with a perfect solution.  7. Click send inquiry! Congrats, your wedding dreams have just begun!
